It's an old but well conserved apartment with vaulted ceilings. It has character, is very warm and cozy. It has a nice balcony overlooking the street. It has everything you need (TV,WiFi, fully equipped kitchen & bath, furnished, bedclothes, heater and ventilation, etc).

The location is great because you are downtown, but not in the most hectic/commercial part. You are also close to 3 subway lines. Within easy walking distance of anywhere downtown and Recoleta. 1 block from Av Corrientes (the street of the theaters), 3 blocks from Av Callao and 3 blocks from the main faculties of the University of Buenos Aires. Perfect for students. I´m a senior academic in Social Sciences and perhaps could be helpful for your stay here. I live 2 blocks from the apartment and I am able to give you advice about the city as well as about travel all over the region.
